Wally considers himself a "Dandy" man and strives to look stylish at every opportunity. He also teaches others how to be more fashionable. For instance, he tells Milliana that talking cats are not unique; they're simply cats because they talk. Even his speech bubbles are depicted in a square style.
Wally primarily uses a pistol (in the anime, his arm transforms into a gun) that fires various magical bullets depending on whether he wants to kill or merely harm his targets. His main magical ability is teleportation, which involves turning himself into a million blocks to move from one place to another. He can also use these squares for attacks or detach his body parts to attack independently.
Additionally, Wally is Richard's younger brother, who is also known as Hot Eye and is a member of the Oracion Seis.
