Uranai Baba, also known as Fortuneteller Baba, is an ancient witch who has been practicing fortune-telling for over 500 years. She is the older sister of Muten Roshi and often engages in playful arguments with him. With her exceptional clairvoyant abilities, she can predict the future using her crystal ball. Uranai Baba is more than willing to reveal anyone's future, but it comes at a steep price of 10,000,000,000 zeni upfront. Alternatively, one can obtain their fortune by defeating her five otherworldly martial arts experts. Her crystal ball allows her to see any location on Earth or even glimpse into the distant future. Additionally, she has the power to travel between the "Other World" and the living world.
