Tsukikami's current appearance is modeled after an adult version of Timothy's body, a form that Tsukikami has confirmed he deliberately adopted for easier communication.
Tsukikami has a ghostly figure resembling a tall man in his mid-twenties. He sports the same haircut as Timothy but with purple, pointed ears and white skin adorned with navy-green markings: a cross on his forehead (with the vertical line extending down to the bridge of his nose), distinctive markings beneath his eyes, and a marked upper lip. His nails share the same coloration.
Tsukikami wears a loose white kimono (featuring a Japanese character on the front) secured with a striped purple obi and a thick blue-white rope. His pants display a blue and white checker pattern. Tsukikami is barefoot.
