Tororo is the hacker of the Garuru Platoon, known for his arrogant attitude and belief that he surpasses everyone else. This red Keronian tadpole closely resembles a young Kururu, and his symbol is a circle with three bumps. During the Garuru Platoon's invasion, Tororo managed to hack into the Keroro Platoon's systems. When Kururu confronted him, it was an unprecedented challenge; for the first time, Kururu found himself stumped by Tororo's skills.
After Keroro rallied his troops with a pep talk, Dororo threw an energy shuriken into the Garuru Platoon's base, freeing Paul, Momoka, Koyuki, and Mutsumi. Meanwhile, Kururu retaliated by hacking into Tororo's base, causing all of Tororo's mechas, which were initially aimed at attacking the Keroro Platoon, to turn against their own base. With his glasses and ship destroyed, a falling computer knocked Tororo unconscious, and Kururu declared that he had "gotten rid of the annoying thing."
In a later encounter with the Keroro Platoon Double, Tororo mistakenly identified Kururu Double as the real Kururu. Fueled by anger and a desire for revenge, Tororo obliterated not only Kururu Double but also the rest of the Keroro Platoon Double, nearly wiping out the entire Garuru Platoon in the process.
