Tetsuya is the son of the leader of a rival gang to Ritsu's family. He ran away from home because he disliked the harsh methods used by his family. After running away, Tetsuya meets Ritsu on a rainy day, and Ritsu befriends him. Recognizing Ritsu's kindness, Tetsuya becomes a close friend and loyal follower of Ritsu.
