tetsu

Tetsu is a young boy residing in Rush Valley, located in southern Amestris. After losing his right leg in an unspecified accident, he now uses an automail prosthesis. Tetsu depends on Atelier Garfiel for the maintenance and repairs of his mechanical limb, particularly relying on the charming new apprentice, Winry Rockbell.

During Winry's extended stay in Central City, Tetsu is among the clients who keep in touch with her via phone calls. He eagerly urges her to return quickly and playfully remarks that he would rather have a pretty girl like Winry work on his leg than the chief engineer, Garfiel.
