A butcher who disguises himself as a woman to abduct females.
Manga: He is a wanted serial killer and later becomes an experiment in the 5th laboratory. He falls in love with Riza while she is grocery shopping in volume 7, which leads to his capture by the military. He assists Maria Ross in escaping from prison.
In the original anime, he targets Winry but is ultimately outsmarted by Edward. Although he is seen being arrested, he later reappears as a soul bound to armor.
