The third Rozen Maiden doll, Suiseiseki is Souseiseki's older twin. Both are known as "gardeners" due to their ability to communicate with and care for not only regular plants but also the "soul trees" of humans. Their artificial spirits grant them access to dream worlds where these soul trees reside. Suiseiseki summons her watering can using her artificial spirit, which she uses to nourish soul trees and launch plant-based attacks.
She stands out with her high-pitched voice, heterochromatic eyes (green left eye and red right eye), and frequent use of the sentence-ending copula "desu." Shinku describes her as "the most timid and shy of the sisters" in the first season, even calling her a crybaby in Ouvertüre. She easily gets scared by strange noises and prefers hiding behind her sisters when strangers are around. However, with those she knows well, she reveals a devious personality.
Suiseiseki loves being in the spotlight and enjoys activities like smashing Jun's room window (often hitting him in the process), teasing Hinaichigo mercilessly, and laughing maniacally. Her wild imagination and short temper lead her to tell outrageous lies to scare Hinaichigo, whom she calls "chibi-chibi" or "chibi-ichigo." Despite her hostile attitude towards Jun, calling him "runt" instead of his name, she genuinely cares for him, though she covers it up with more insults.
In Rozen Maiden träumend, Suiseiseki values her sisters' love over the goal of becoming Alice. She opposes the Alice Game and has no intention of becoming Alice if it means taking her sisters' Rosa Mystica. Along with Jun, she tries to convince the other Rozen Maidens that the Alice Game is meaningless, though with little success. She makes similar appeals to her twin in her brief appearance in the OVA.
Suiseiseki avoids participating in the Alice Game but can manipulate plants by making them emerge from the ground using her watering can. Her artificial spirit is named after the popular Anna Sui perfume. Suiseiseki was the winner of Saimoe 2006. Her medium is initially none in the first season and later becomes Jun in the second season. In English, her name means "Jade Stone."
