Skuld is Belldandy's younger sister and the third goddess to appear before Keiichi Morisato. She holds a second-class, type one, limited license, similar to her eldest sister Urd. Although her true age remains a mystery, she appears to be a young girl in her early teens. Despite being a goddess, she has a fear of ghosts.

Skuld works as a system debugger for Yggdrasil. While her magic power is limited, she compensates with an extraordinary talent for invention, which is renowned in Heaven. She recharges her energy by eating ice cream and travels through warm or hot water. Her emblem represents the future.

At one point, Skuld had a crush on Keiichi Morisato.
