Sagittarius Sisyphus (Sajitariasu no Shijifosu?) is the individual who brought Sasha to the Sanctuary and placed great hope in her. In his missions, he sought information about Hypnos and Thanatos, uncovering details about the four Dream Gods. During Hades' invasion of the Sanctuary, Sisyphus attacked Hades with a Gold Arrow, but Hades effortlessly redirected it back to Sisyphus's heart, leaving him in a comatose state. Hypnos and Thanatos sealed his Cosmo, trapping his soul in the Dream World by the Dream Gods. Later, he appeared in Taurus Aldebaran's final dream, reminding him of Athena's pain when one of her Saints dies. Sisyphus was revived from his comatose state by Sasha during the battle between Oneiros and El Cid/Tenma. This allowed him to aid his fellow Saints against the dream god, firing his golden arrow from the Pope's temple in the Sanctuary. The arrow was intercepted midair and cut into four pieces by El Cid, then pierced the four weak spots of Oneiros, rendering him vulnerable. Hakurei entrusted Sisyphus to lead Athena's forces during the Pope's absence. When Sasha rescued him inside the dream world, Sisyphus briefly appeared as a Spectre, wearing a dark version of his Gold Cloth and shedding tears of blood. This marked the first time since the Hades arc of the original manga that a Gold Saint became a Spectre. He later appeared in Jamir to lead Athena's army into the Lost Canvas using the boat of hope. To defend the boat from Aiacos's attack, Sisyphus used arrows made of Cosmo, shooting them with his bow and using his direct attack, Cheiron's Light Impulse, a powerful blast of light that created a massive whirlwind, extinguishing all the fire covering Aiacos's and Athena's ship. By blinding himself, Sisyphus reached the eighth sense, allowing him to defeat Garuda Aiacos.
