Emperor Pilaf's ninja henchman, who is apparently a humanoid dog. He and Mai typically work as a team to fulfill the tasks for their short-statured and quick-tempered Emperor. Despite being one of the initial antagonists in the Dragon Ball series, calling him a villain might be too strong given his weakness; he's almost more comic relief. Originally named Soba in the manga, his name was changed to align with the anime's designation after Akira Toriyama forgot his original name. He makes appearances alongside Mai and Pilaf in two episodes of Dragonball GT.
