Shibugaki is the notorious bully in the schoolyard, often picking on smaller children or targeting Tamao. Upon his first encounter with Astro, he dismissed him as "a stupid pile of micro-chips" and refused to have anything to do with him.
However, as time progressed, Kenichi managed to persuade Shibugaki to accept Astro, allowing him to become part of their group. Additionally, it's known that Shibugaki harbors a fear of ghosts.
