Commonly known as Chomesuke, Sachiko is a Level 2 Akuma who once served the Millennium Earl. Although she appears to be male in her Akuma form, she is actually female in human form and becomes infatuated with Lavi. At one point, she encountered Marian Cross and was converted by him. Partially freed from the Earl's control, she became a loyal follower of Cross and accompanied him to Edo. Cross sent her to deliver a message to Lenalee and her companions and to guide them safely to Edo. Despite this, the Earl's influence still affected her, causing great suffering if she tried to reject her Akuma nature. Sachiko had a habit of ending her sentences with "-cho," leading Lavi to nickname her "Chomesuke." Her abilities remain largely unknown, though she possesses considerable strength, as shown when she pushes Anita's boat.
Sachiko was ultimately destroyed in episode 72 by streams of dark energy from a combined Akuma. Before her demise, she expressed gratitude to Lavi.
