lecoulte ridel

Ridel LeCoulte is an automail engineer residing on the outskirts of Rush Valley with his wife and father. He meets Edward and Alphonse Elric, along with Winry Rockbell, when Paninya introduces them to him while they are seeking Dominic's assistance in Chapter Eighteen.

During their visit, Ridel's wife goes into labor. His father attempts to find a doctor in town but discovers that the bridge has been destroyed by lightning. With no other options available, Winry takes charge and successfully delivers the baby herself.
