Houjou Reisuke appears to be an innocent 4-year-old child. His parents were killed during the Sacred Eye incident, leading him to be cared for by one of their co-workers, Amano Rea, who is Yukiteru's mother.
His "Super Vision" diary, accompanied by drawings, functions as a coloring book that provides a brief summary of his daily activities. However, there are significant gaps between entries, with only three shown per day: morning, noon, and night. This format gives Reisuke the advantage of receiving all three entries simultaneously, allowing him ample time to meticulously plan his next move. He was ultimately killed by Second, aiding her ascent to become God.
Reisuke comes from a troubled background where his parents neglected him, causing his family to disintegrate gradually. Despite his young age, he is highly intelligent but still embodies both a child's innocence and cruelty. It often becomes challenging to discern which trait dominates his actions. During his stay at the Amano household, Reisuke grows fond of Yukiteru and especially Yuno, referring to them as brother and sister. Due to his small size, Reisuke resorts to non-visual weaponry like poison syringes and cyanide gas.
He is named after Ceres, the Roman goddess of fertility.
