The mayor of Sakurami.

He is the 11th diary holder. Leveraging his influence as mayor, he aims to eliminate other diary holders. His Diary, known as The Watcher Diary, has the unique ability to view other diaries' entries and discern their authenticity, which also reveals his weakness. With just his words, he can sway voters to demolish Mother's Home and even persuade Deus to remove the First and Second diary holders due to their absences. His ultimate goal was later revealed: he wanted to connect the 8th diary with a supercomputer, giving everyone in the city the potential to become an Apprentice Diary Holder, aspiring to establish a new and great kingdom under his rule. Interestingly, the Eighth considers him to be a gentleman.

He is named after Bacchus—the Roman god of winery.
