The first captain of the White Base, he mans a cannon when Char attacks Side 7 and gets severely injured by shrapnel. Despite his wounds, he continues to command the ship with Bright's assistance. Upon reaching Luna II, where the crew is detained, he persuades Commandant Wakkein to allow them to fight against Char.
He passes away shortly after, and the crew conducts a funeral for him, ejecting his body from the ship.
