Agha was initially one of Lalah's master's henchmen, assisting in Lalah's kidnapping from the Manuas Mobsters. His signature technique involves spinning metal-edge discs off his fingers. Later on, he switches allegiance to the Manuas Mobsters and attempts to rescue Lalah, ultimately decapitating his former master in the process. Agha meets his end when Char dodges one of his disc attacks, causing it to ricochet back and strike Agha's head, while Char simultaneously impales him with a broken shovel.
