He is a muscular man who participates in the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament.

In Dragon Ball Z, he faces Trunks in the tournament. Despite clearly being outranked, Trunks hesitates to fight Otokosuki due to his overt homosexuality.

In Dragon Ball GT, Otokosuki appears during the Black Star Dragon Ball Saga as an employee of Capsule Corporation. He is seen admiring Trunks as he walks by.

Trivia: In Japanese, "Otoko Suki" means "man love," referencing his obvious homosexuality.
