strike otoko

A costumed vigilante who refers to himself as a superhero, Strikeman employs baseballs and other baseball-related items to penalize offenders like public drunks, flashers, and those who violate parking rules. He has caught the attention of the Bokuto Precinct multiple times, becoming notorious as both a significant nuisance and a complete eccentric. Strikeman appears to have an obsession with Natsumi, viewing her as both his nemesis and sidekick while calling her "Home-Run Girl." As of Full Throttle, there has been no indication of Strikeman's true identity. During the first season, Nakajima was once suspected by his colleagues of being Strikeman due to certain events and a strikingly similar appearance, but this was later disproven. Numerous attempts have been made to capture him, but Strikeman always manages to escape using various fastball pitches as weapons. When he tries to enforce what he deems "proper justice" on offenders' property, such as their vehicles, Strikeman utilizes baseballs embedded with sharp spikes and has even used them against Miyuki and Saori as a distraction tactic. He rides a Harley-Davidson Softail motorbike, model FLSTF. (Source: Wikipedia)
