Nukesaku is a minor antagonist in Part III: Stardust Crusaders. He serves as a henchman to Dio Brando and is one of the last remaining vampires in the manga. Nukesaku endures mistreatment from Dio's other allies, who view him as a liability due to his weak abilities.
After his comrades are defeated, Nukesaku tries to use his powers to take down Jotaro and his group. However, they easily defeat him when they notice that his thumbs point in the opposite direction when he clasps his hands. He is then forced to guide them to Dio, hoping that Dio will seize this chance to eliminate the Joestars. But upon opening his master's coffin, Nukesaku finds himself killed and dismembered inside it instead.
