Norman Burg serves as Roger's butler. Forty years prior to the main events of the story, he, like everyone else in Paradigm, lost all his memories. Despite this, he remains unwavering in his loyalty and readiness to support his master. Resourceful, skilled, and highly capable, Norman also takes care of the Big O. Roger frequently leans on Norman's wisdom to navigate the mysteries and complexities of Paradigm and the forgotten past of its inhabitants.
