Tall Man, known as Noppo in the Japanese version, is one of the cowboys seen in the Brown Country saloon. He is the only person who isn't afraid upon hearing Launch's name. When Launch enters in her normal form (everyone only knows her bad form), he buys her a drink in an attempt to flirt with her. However, when she sneezes and transforms into her bad counterpart, she knocks him out.
Tall Man appears to be a parody of the typical heroes found in old Western films.
