Nike is currently the Gem King and the most powerful among Genesis' four Kings. He resides in America and leads two teams. "Nike" is merely an alias, and he is actually the true leader of Genesis, as well as the identical twin brother of Sora Takeuchi, sharing the same real name. He suffers from mental instability and harbors a deep-seated hatred for Kilik, the former Gem King who took everything from his brother.
Nike is attracted to Simca, even going so far as to assault her once. He becomes enraged when Ikki asks Simca out on a date, should he win at the end of the Gram Scale Tournament. His Jade Road combines elements of the Wing Road and Gaia Road, allowing him to nullify damage and significantly enhance his physical strength. His Regalia has the power to induce complete paralysis by transmitting vibrations that are entirely out of sync with one's natural biorhythm through the ground.
