Known as Buccha to his friends and teammates, Issa Mihotoke (御仏 一茶, Mihotoke Issa) is a level E AT user who wields immense strength. Before joining Kogarasumaru, he led the team Night King (夜王 Yaou), which disbanded after Buccha lost a Parts War against Ikki. Buccha is often characterized as a tank. He attends Higachu Junior High School. Though he appears obese, only ten percent of his body mass is fat. His size is due to a large amount of blood pooling in his gut from overeating. He can manipulate this blood, sending it to his muscles, temporarily giving him a slimmer, more defined physique and even elongating his limbs. He has a semi-split personality similar to Akito/Agito. When not fighting, he focuses on food and relaxation. However, when battle looms, his other half takes over, transforming him into a formidable combat machine. He also enjoys dancing. In combat, he uses brass knuckles-like gloves, which, combined with his superhuman strength, make him incredibly dangerous. His character design is inspired by the wrestler Abdullah the Butcher, evident in the three lines on his forehead and his nickname "Buccha".
