Appears in Mermaid's Dream: The Ash Princess. While mourning the loss of his daughter, a priest takes pity on him and brings Natsume back to life. Her father recalls the Hagon Ritual and performs it on several children, moved by the sorrow of their parents and his belief that life is the most important thing.
