Tatsuki's younger brother, who made his appearance later in the season. He's a street-smart, outgoing, and good-hearted boy who, much like his brother, considers himself quite the ladies' man. Initially, he had a crush on Ran, then Miyu, and later Sayo, until he discovered that Sayo and Masato had been dating since junior high school began!
By the end of the TV series, he develops a crush on Kasumi. In the manga, his optimism leads him to have crushes on Ran, then Sayo, then Miyu, and finally Aya! He's an expert skateboarder and always carries his skateboard with him. Despite this, he remains cool but somewhat quirky, just like his brother. He occasionally works at their father's ramen shop and dreams of running the business one day. At first, Naoki is upset that Tatsuki won't take over the business, but Tatsuki reassures Naoki that he wants to follow his own path.
