Born on March 5, 1981, Osaki Nana stands at 162 cm (5'4") and weighs 43 kg (95 lbs). Her family includes her mother, Misuzu Osaki, her deceased grandmother and foster mother, Miyuki Osaki, and her half-sister, Misato Uehara. One of the main characters in the series, Nana appears to be a tough punk rocker but has a kind heart and is a loyal friend. After being abandoned by her parents and raised by her grandmother, she was expelled from high school due to false accusations of prostitution. Despite these challenges, Nana remains determined to achieve success as the lead singer of Blast. She is currently engaged to Ren, her first love, though she still harbors some ambiguous feelings for Yasu.
Nana's favorite things remain consistent: her preferred designer is Vivienne Westwood, and her favorite band is the Sex Pistols. She smokes Seven Stars cigarettes and enjoys coffee with milk and strawberry cake. Although she can cook, she tends to use too much salt, which only Ren seems to appreciate.
In recent chapters, Nana has been experiencing panic attacks due to stressful situations, leading to breathing difficulties. These episodes are usually managed by covering her mouth with a bag to help circulate carbon dioxide and regulate her breathing. Hachi was unaware of this issue until Chapter 81, where she assisted Nana by providing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to help her breathe.
