miruchi

Miruchi and Yuka, midway through the series, are grade-school students and close friends of Chiyo-chan. They were separated from her when she moved on to high school. However, they would still occasionally meet up with Chiyo on their way to school and share stories about their experiences. By the end of the series, Miruchi and Yuka had progressed to middle school and enthusiastically showed off their new uniforms to Chiyo and Sakaki, who was walking with her at the time.

Upon closer inspection, Miruchi bears a resemblance to a younger version of Minamo Kurosawa (Nyamo), while Yuka looks like a younger duplicate of Yukari Tanazaki.
