Chihiro is a classmate and friend of Kaorin. Not much is known about her except for her name. She is often seen accompanying Kaorin and collaborates with her on various projects. Once, when Chiyo-chan tutored her, Yukari mistakenly thought it was the other way around. Chihiro sometimes endures Kaorin's temper without understanding the reason, and it is unclear how much she knows about Kaorin's crush on Sakaki. Chihiro was also one of the most repulsed by the cockroach that appeared in class during Episode 2. In the manga, during the senior year sports festival, Chihiro dressed up as Chihiro from Spirited Away, partnering with another student (possibly Kaorin) who dressed as Kaonashi from the same film.
