Mirajane is the cover girl or drawing point of Fairy Tail. At 19 years old, she's an S-class mage, a model for Sorcerer Magazine, and the elder sister to Elfman and Lisanna. Known as "The Demon" during her time as an S-class mage, Mirajane experienced a significant loss of magical power and fighting spirit after a tragic incident involving her younger sister, Lisanna. However, with recent developments like Elfman regaining his lost abilities and Mirajane gaining more confidence, there's hope she might recover her powers and continue her journey.
Within the guild, Mirajane plays a nurturing role and is frequently seen managing the bar at the guild hall. Rarely in a bad mood, she gracefully handles all the eccentricities of her guildmates. Yet, certain events have unsettled her, such as when Natsu, Happy, and Lucy stole an S-Class job and later, her disappointment in Laxus following the destruction of the guild building. In her youth, Mirajane was bold, brash, and temperamental, especially towards her comrade Erza, making her infamous among guilds and criminals alike. This demeanor changed drastically after Lisanna's death.
Interestingly, Mirajane's name originates from an online video game that Hiro Mashima was playing while creating her character.
