Millianna is one of Erza's childhood friends from their days as slaves at the Tower of Heaven. She worked for Jellal as one of his minions for some time. An enthusiastic cat lover, she has decorated her entire room with a cat theme; her love for felines is so intense that she refuses to harm anything resembling a cat, even if she knows it isn't one.
Millianna is one of the five team members representing Mermaid Heel in the Grand Magic Games. Though she enters under a cape to hide her identity, she is seen wishing Kagura good luck before her match with Yukino. When Yukino mentions betting their lives on the match, Millianna worries about Kagura’s safety. However, once the fight begins, Kagura quickly gains the upper hand, prompting Millianna to remark that the moment Kagura draws her sword, it spells disaster.
After the second day ends, Millianna decides to reveal herself to Erza, and they immediately hug upon seeing each other after such a long time. Later, they sit and chat. Millianna mentions that Kagura is strong and there is a chance she might be stronger than Erza if she were serious. She then reveals the reason behind the name of Kagura's sword and why she joined Mermaid Heel. Like Kagura, Millianna hates Jellal for enslaving her and killing Simon, making him unforgivable.
Millianna is noted for her cat-like appearance. She is an average height woman with a curvaceous figure. She has cat-like ears, eyes, nose, and mouth, brown hair tied into two ponytails, and whisker-like tattoos. She wears a yellow jacket with white stripes and black trimmings, a pink dress with a white bow tie, light-pinkish ruffles, a choker with a bell, and white leggings.
Prior to the timeskip, Millianna’s appearance seems to have changed over the years. Her hair is arranged messily, but she still retains her cat-like features and wears a choker with a bell. Her attire consists of a hooded cape, long striped leggings, evening gloves, tight shorts with a belt and boots. She appears to wear no upper attire, revealing her bikini top uncovered.
Millianna is a very cheerful and peppy person. She loves cats immensely and refuses to see them harmed. She tries to mimic a cat by dressing like one and meowing. Millianna is close with her friends and was very apologetic towards Erza after the events at the Tower of Heaven.
