Mana Kuzunoha is a character from the manga and anime series Tenjho Tenge. She serves as Shin Natsume's girlfriend and is also a member of the Medical Club. Initially, Mana was employed by Dougen Takayanagi to be Shin's girlfriend, tasked with observing and gathering data on him for the Takayanagi family. To make her assignment more engaging for Shin, she helped him establish the Katana group, which provided additional opportunities for data collection.
Over time, Mana genuinely fell in love with Shin. However, she noticed that Shin viewed his sister Maya Natsume more romantically than platonically. Despite her true feelings for Shin, Mana continued to follow her orders diligently. She kept close tabs on Shin by placing three GPS trackers on him at all times and assigned her bodyguard, Emi Isuzu, to periodically videotape him. Using her acupuncture skills as part of the Medical Club, Mana saved the lives of many of Shin's opponents.
When Dougen planned to provoke a fight between Mitsuomi Takayanagi and Shin, Mana played her role by starting an affair with Mitsuomi and spreading rumors about it. Although she doesn't seem to have genuine affection for Mitsuomi, she respects him and believes he is the only one capable of stopping Shin if he loses control.
Bunshichi Tawara dislikes Mana after discovering her involvement in Dougen's scheme. Similarly, Maya Natsume does not like Mana, a sentiment that is mutual due to Maya being Shin's primary focus.
