Fuu Chein is a character in the manga and anime series Tenjho Tenge. He served as Mitsuomi Takayanagi's martial arts instructor, worked under Dougen Takayanagi, and had connections with Souhaku Kago.
Originally from Taiwan, Fuu Chein was hired by Dougen Takayanagi to train Mitsuomi and transform him into an "ultimate warrior." He collaborated with another individual named Pei, who provided the technology used for Mitsuomi's training. According to Pei, Fuu also has ties to the Chinese Mafia.
Fuu is known for his angry and vengeful personality. He dislikes taking orders and doesn't seem to have much fondness for the Japanese, only working in Japan for financial reasons. While he generally follows instructions and mutters his discontent only when Dougen isn't around, he sometimes acts independently to spice things up. Fuu is also quite arrogant and tends to boast excessively.
