Better known as Captain Bravo in the series, he is Tokiko's commander who wears an outfit that covers every part of his body except for his eyes. Initially, Tokiko thought this was to protect his identity, but in reality, Bravo has no issue showing his true appearance, especially when acting as Kazuki's dorm supervisor. He prefers not using his real name because he believes it sounds cooler that way, although Kazuki assumes it's just a style choice. The truth is, he abandoned his name after his sole mission with the "Showusei Team," which only succeeded in saving Tokiko. Captain Bravo serves as a father figure for Kazuki. During the Muto assassination arc, he attempted to kill Kazuki to the point of throwing him off a cliff, but later defended Kazuki after Kazuki defeated him. He was critically injured by Hiwatari when he used his Silver Skin to shield Kazuki and Tokiko from Hiwatari’s deadly attack, "Blaze of Glory." Despite his injuries, Bravo remained conscious and controlled the Silver Skin to prevent both Hiwatari and Kazuki from harming each other until Showusei intervened and stopped them. True to his name, Captain Bravo often says "Bravo" when applauding someone.
