Lulu Bell is a blonde female Noah who dresses in a black suit with a blue tie and often wears black shades. She first appeared at the Noah Dinner Party along with the initial group of revealed Noah.
She recently reappeared in the manga, disguised as Andrew Nansen. Infiltrating the Order's headquarters, she led an invasion of Akuma following Allen and his friends' intense struggle in the Ark. Her goal was to reclaim the "egg" and create Skulls from the most intelligent scientists of the Black Order. After encountering Allen, she decided to bring him to the Earl to fill the role of the 14th. However, her plans were thwarted by the powerful generals of the Black Order—Cross Marian, Cloud Nine, and Winters Sokaro—who proved too strong for Lulu Bell and her high-ranking Akuma. Ultimately, she attempted to escape with the egg but was foiled when Allen destroyed it, causing a massive explosion. It remains unknown if Lulu Bell survived the explosion.
Lulu Bell embodies the "Lust" of Noah and possesses the power of "Form."
In the anime adaptation, she frequently transforms into a black cat to hide or spy. Her human form also exhibits cat-like traits, such as licking her plate while drinking milk.
One of her primary abilities as a Noah is metamorphosis, allowing her to transform into anyone or anything. She can shift between solid forms, including humans for impersonation or water. In liquid form, she is particularly dangerous as many attacks pass through her. She can also turn her hands into whip-like tentacles to strike, pierce, or slice. Additionally, she has some influence over Innocence, as seen when she temporarily weakened Allen during an attack, enabling her to negate Crown Clown with a mere slap.
