Later, he is seen preparing for a 2-on-1 battle against Ikki and Buccha on an airplane, showcasing his prowess as the leader of Sleipnir. He deceives Ikki into downing Onigiri's plane. Loki eventually reveals he is a Brain Charger, questioning the meaning of his existence. As a Wind King, Loki rides the Winged Road. He easily counters Ikki's Pile Tornado with his own technique, demonstrating his skill even without his Brain Charger abilities. As a Brain Charger, Loki also has access to their innate powers. According to R.E.A.D., his battle level is 205, the highest seen in the series. The only known Battle Level higher is Nike and Sora Takeuchi’s, estimated at over 300. Like Freya, his sword can transform into AT Angel wings, enabling him to fly. Tricks: Sleipnir: Cyclone Destiny - Loki creates two tornadoes in front of his weapon and kicks his AT at the center, generating two vortexes of wind that blow his opponents away. Muspellzheimr's Shining Wind - With his sword transformed, Loki performs a move similar to Freya's Dance of the Einjar's Sword. He accelerates to incredibly high speeds, delivering swift dive bombs from all directions.
