Levy is a young teenage girl with a slender frame and stands shorter than average for her age. She has long blue hair with a hint of purple, usually tied up with a red bandana around her head. She wears a dark red dress that exposes her midriff, connected by dark blue straps and yellow bands on the sleeves, along with a golden necklace.
Levy first appears repairing the guild's Transportation System. She quickly gets into an argument with Edolas Nab as she struggles to concentrate on her task. Soon after, she engages in another dispute with Lucy Ashley, who was being noisy. However, Edolas Macao and Edolas Wakaba manage to intervene and stop them. Later, when the Fairy Hunter arrives, Levy successfully relocates the guild to a safer place, saving everyone. Despite this heroic act, Lucy Ashley continues to insult Levy.
As Lucy Heartfilia, Gray Fullbuster, and Coco are about to be defeated by the Royal Army, Levy and the rest of her guild arrive to fight off the attackers. The battle doesn't last long because Mystogan removes all magic as part of his plan, causing panic among everyone. Before being sent back to Earth Land, Gray uplifts the Edolas Fairy Tail Guild by reminding them that they don't need magic to be a guild; they only need their comrades. In the end, Levy is seen watching the Earth Land Fairy Tail's departure with a smile on her face.
