keiki
Keiki is a kirin and the Saiho of Kei. He reached out to Youko in Japan and transported her to the Twelve Kingdoms, although they ended up separated. Not long after, he came under a spell cast by Kou's Saiho, which compelled him to appear before a false claimant to the throne of Kei. Similar to all Kirin, Keiki detests violence and opts for peaceful solutions. Keiki comes across as very reserved and unemotional, yet he exhibits caring traits, particularly towards the kirin Taiki.
