atsuyu

Atsuyu, whose formal given name is Setsuyuu, is the self-proclaimed regent of the province of Gen within the kingdom of En. Early in Shoryu's reign, Atsuyu launches a rebellion against the king of En, asserting that Gen's prosperity has waned due to the new king's incompetence. However, his true motivations stem from an oversized ego and superiority complex, leading him to believe delusively that he would make a better king.
