When Yukino Aguria was defeated in the Grand Magic Games, he compelled her to publicly undress, remove her guild mark, and leave the guild. He shows little concern for subordinates who fall short of his expectations, frequently referring to Yukino as "trash" following her loss.
Even Sting and Rogue, despite their prior fame, power, and numerous victories, were labeled "trash" by Jiemma after their defeat at the hands of Natsu. He ordered them to erase their Guild Marks as a result of their single-handed loss.
