Holy Kuujou, originally Holy Joestar, is the daughter of Joseph Joestar and Suzie Q, and the mother of Joutarou Kuujou. She moved to Japan two decades ago and has lived there since. In Japan, she met and married Sadao Kuujou, a jazz musician, who is also Joutarou's father. She adopted the name Seiko (聖子), which translates directly from her English name.
Upon her father's arrival in Japan and her son's release from jail, Holy learns about the resurrection of the vampire Dio, who now possesses the body of her great-grandfather, Jonathan Joestar. This revelation triggers the awakening of her unnamed Stand. Unlike most Stands used for combat, hers conflicts with her peaceful nature, causing her severe illness that nearly leads to her death. Her Stand manifests as vines adorned with roses, resembling her father Joseph's Stand, Hermit Purple. Her deteriorating health becomes the driving force behind Joutarou and his companions' journey to Egypt.
Following Dio's defeat, Holy is finally cured of her illness. The last scene shows her eagerly awaiting the safe return of her family.
