Grandine appears to take pleasure in teasing people about their sensitive spots. She shows no hesitation in discussing topics that might upset other dragons, seemingly enjoying the discomfort it causes. At a certain point in her existence, she discovered and nurtured a human girl named Wendy Marvell. Grandeeney imparted to Wendy the ancient art of Sky Dragon Slayer Magic along with some healing magic. However, on July 7, X777, like all the other known dragons in the series, Grandeeney vanished without a trace, leaving Wendy behind for reasons unknown.
