Gracia Hughes is the wife of Maes Hughes and the mother of Elicia Hughes. She is known for her kindness and caring nature. Gracia makes several appearances throughout the series. She lets Winry stay at her house when she visits Central and allows Sheska to visit frequently.
In the manga, it is revealed that she met Hughes before he was sent to the battlefield during the Ishval War.
