Enya Geil is among Dio's most steadfast supporters and the individual who initially provided him with the Stand Arrow, which she acquired from Diavolo. She is also the mother of J. Geil. Her Stand, Justice, has the ability to manipulate individuals through their wounds, whether they are alive or deceased.
Due to legal considerations, her name is altered in the American editions of both the game and the manga, being changed to N-Yah Gail and Enyaba Geil respectively.
In the OVA:
She possesses the capability to alter her appearance between that of a young woman and an elderly lady at will. No reason for this ability is ever explained.
