Dracula Man is one of Baba's ghostly fighters. He is a vampire Muay Thai kickboxer known for performing an annoyingly long Wai khru ram muay dance before his matches. His first opponent is Kuririn, from whom he manages to suck some blood. Although Kuririn breaks free, he ultimately loses by ring out. Dracula Man then faces Pu'ar and Upa, who initially seem no match for him. However, the tide turns when Upa consumes a large amount of garlic and starts breathing on Dracula Man. In retaliation, Dracula Man attempts to bite Pu'ar, but Pu'ar transforms into a porcupine just in time, causing Dracula Man to get a mouthful of needles. Upa then assumes a stance resembling a cross, which terrifies Dracula Man. He tries to escape by turning into a bat, but Pu'ar quickly transforms into a giant hand and slaps him out of the ring.
Dracula Man makes a brief appearance in the anime version of Dragon Ball Z during the Android Saga. He is seen as part of a biker gang chasing the Androids while they are driving around in their van.
