Creed is the leader of the Apostles of the Stars, an organization aiming to revolutionize the world by overthrowing Chronos and replacing the current leadership deemed incompetent. Once Train was the XIII Chrono Number and Creed was an eraser, Creed admired him deeply, referring to him as "his partner," although their relationship was far from close. To reunite with Train after many years, Creed captured Rinslet and lured Train to Lunafort Tower, hoping to persuade him to join the Apostles of the Stars. Creed's choker resembles Train's, reflecting his unsettling obsession with him. Despite his erratic behavior, Creed often speaks truths that are chillingly accurate.
In his youth, Creed suffered abuse at the hands of his mother. When he escaped, he was further mistreated by the police, which fueled his desire to change the world. He believed the world was reckless and filled with "unworthy people." Creed possesses mysterious and terrifying powers derived from his manipulation of Chi through Tao, manifesting in his 'Imagine Blade,' originally called the Kotetsu. The blade has four forms throughout the story (Lv. 1, a blue transparent blade; Lv. 2, a black blade with a shark-shaped demon head; Lv. 3, a giant cutting mutant arm grafted onto Creed; and Lv. Max, where the arm creates a light blade similar to a lightsaber).
Creed's ultimate goal is to elevate the nanomachines in his body to achieve immortality and rule the world indefinitely. His Tao Power is called "Sword." In the final battle, Train shatters Creed's Imagine Blade (in its Level Max form) by using his Rail Gun despite warnings from Dr. Tearju not to use it more than three times a day to avoid destabilizing his electric power. This powerful shot breaks Creed's blade and depletes most of his Ki, leaving him barely able to stand. Eve then uses her abilities to remove the immortality nanomachines from Creed, restoring his humanity. Creed flees with Echidna to a secluded place. Due to the extensive damage he sustained, Creed eventually needs to use a wheelchair.
