Cranberry was once a soldier in the Frieza Force but deserted. He was selected by Dodoria and Zarbon to join the invasion of Namek from Planet Frieza 79.
In the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga, Moro frees Cranberry, who then pilots Moro to New Namek. He also aids Moro in gathering the Namekian Dragon Balls.
Cranberry is killed by Moro before he can use Porunga's third wish to transport himself to a remote planet.
