Buyon is the concealed, gelatinous beast residing in Muscle Tower. In the manga, he was known as The Jiggler. Located on the fifth floor, Buyon's lair can only be reached by falling through a trap door from the sixth level, where General White holds the mayor of nearby Jingle Village captive. Initially, Buyon seemed an invincible threat to Goku and Android #8; every attack Goku launched, whether a Kamehameha to the stomach or a kick to the face, simply bounced off him. The numerous cow skeletons scattered around indicate that Buyon has an insatiable hunger and will go to great lengths for food. After a lengthy and exhausting struggle, during which both Goku and #8 nearly became his meal, Goku discovers Buyon's weakness: cold. By creating a small hole in the wall, Buyon froze solid. Goku approached the frozen creature and delivered a single punch, causing Buyon to shatter like dried clay. Afterwards, it was just a matter of using the Power Pole to break through the ceiling and confront the leader of Muscle Tower. Clearly, Buyon is a parody of The Blob.
