Captain Buccaneer is an Amestrian State Military Officer stationed at Fort Briggs, serving as a close subordinate to Major General Olivier Mira Armstrong.
Rough and wary, Buccaneer tends to act first and ask questions later, embodying the Briggs motto of "Survival of the Fittest." He appears to relish violence and combat, frequently using fierce animal metaphors in his speech. He is hesitant to trust newcomers and does not hesitate to mete out severe treatment to those he doesn't know well.
Nevertheless, Buccaneer is an exceptionally courageous and loyal soldier who reveals a more cheerful side to those he considers "comrades."
